In this 3D art-focused week you will create your own sculptures, build your own architectural works, and dive into artistic traditions from around the world. Get inspired by Frederic Church’s works of art, historic house, and collections from around the world by playing games to get you thinking like an artist!

Dig in and discover the magic of Olana's 250-acre landscape! Discover Olana’s history as a farm through explorations across the site’s habitats and climates. Form your own special
relationship with the insects, animals, and plants that call Olana home through hikes, art activities, and games with friends.
Week 4: Monday, August 4-Friday, August 8, 2025
Sketch, snip, and splatter with paint, collage, or charcoal during this art-filled week! Teaching artists and museum educators will help you discover your own artistic talents by experimenting with professional art materials like canvas, charcoal, acrylic paint, and more. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the historic house during this special art-focused week!
Week 5: Monday, August 11-Friday, August 15, 2025
Explore Olana through architecture! Construct your own inspired designs and creations using blueprints, cardboard, and collaborative activities to connect them to each other and the natural environment at Olana. What will you build individually, and collaboratively with other friends, during this fun-filled week?!
